How to get paid with a Stripe payment link
In VODOO CRM, first connect your Stripe account in Settings › Integrations. Then create your product in Sales, then an order for the customer, and copy its payment link to send by email or text. The customer pays on a secure Stripe page; the order turns “Paid” on its own and the “Payment received” workflow can start what comes next.
Before you start
- An active Stripe account, with its publishable and secret keys.
- The Standard, Pro or Agency plan: the Sales module is part of them.
- Owner or Administrator access to connect Stripe in Settings.
Steps

Connect Stripe
Open Settings › Integrations and enter your Stripe account’s publishable key and secret key.

Create your product
In Sales, click “New product”: name, price, currency and description. Say whether it is recurring, for a monthly subscription.

Create the order
Click “New order”, or start from a deal or the contact record. Choose the customer, products and quantities. All products in an order share the same currency.

Send the payment link
Copy the order’s payment link and send it to the customer by email or text, from their record.

Let the order update itself
The customer pays on a secure Stripe page: no card data goes through VODOO CRM. The order turns “Paid” on its own and the “Payment received” workflow starts.
Good to know
- Use the “Payment received” trigger to send a thank-you, add a customer tag or ask for a review.
- If no payment link shows, Stripe is not connected yet in Settings › Integrations.
- A product that has already been ordered is deactivated rather than deleted.

Does VODOO CRM take a commission on payments?
No. You get paid into your own Stripe account and only pay Stripe’s fees.
Do my customers need an account?
No. They open the link and pay on Stripe’s secure page.
Can I sell a subscription?
Yes: mark the product as recurring for a monthly subscription.
How do I know a customer has paid?
The order turns “Paid” automatically. Total revenue, number of orders and average order value show at the top of the Sales page, and “Export” downloads your orders as CSV.
