How to open your booking page
In VODOO CRM, open Calendar, then “Booking settings”. Enter the name shown to customers, your time zone, the buffer between appointments and your availability day by day, then save and copy your link. Customers pick a free slot there; they receive a confirmation with the .ics file and a reminder 24 hours before, and their contact record is created or completed.
Before you start
- Your usual hours, day by day.
- The buffer you want between two appointments.
- If you use Google Calendar: Owner or Administrator access to connect it in Settings › Integrations.
Steps
- 1
Open the booking settings
In the sidebar, open Calendar, then click “Booking settings”.
- 2
Introduce your page
Enter the name shown to customers, your time zone and the buffer between appointments.
- 3
Set your availability
For each day, turn it on or off and enter your hours. Only those slots, minus appointments already booked, are offered.
- 4
Save and share the link
Save, then copy your link (vodoocrm.com/book/…). Share it by email, by text or on your website.
- 5
Automate what comes next
Each booking creates or completes the contact record and starts the “Appointment booked” workflow: set up a reminder text or a task there if you like.
